Shipping & Deliveries

How we deliver your purchase

Once we have confirmed your payment, your order will be processed for shipping during normal business hours. Should you order over the weekend, it will be processed on the first business day of the week following. Your order will be delivered during normal business hours by UPS if payment has been confirmed. Your order will be sent to the address supplied during the checkout process, and fulfilled according to the schedule times listed below. Please note that there may be restrictions on the locations to which we deliver products purchased on our site.

Deliveries made by UPS require a signature on delivery. For this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or a hotel. If you order products from our site for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import tax and duties, which are determined when the delivery reaches the specified destination and Cavesson's has no control on this whatsoever. It is your responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Order cancellations, returns and refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the goods that you purchased are not delivered in perfect condition, please return them with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange for an exchange or refund, subject to availability.
